FOALS 2011/12. Due March onwards. Some will be for sale. Please contact me for information. A £500 non-refundable deposit (unless foal dies/badly injured) will secure foal to weaning (the final balance to be paid cash on collection or by cheque 10 days before collection) and you may visit him/her as often as you like. All foals are friendly, well handled, microchipped, Passported, Vac Tetanus, wormed and see farrier. They are all halter broken, leading well and good to catch in field or stable without needing a headcollar left on. Please note: I reserve the right to withdraw any foal/horse from sale, any deposit received for said foal/horse will be refunded in full. All foals/horses remain my property untill paid for in full. All foals will be weaned by 6 months of age unless otherwise arranged. Full payment and collection of foal will be due 14 days after weaning, you will be notified of the planned date of weaning at least two weeks in advance. Foals may remain with me for up to 7 days more after this date at a cost of £5 per day. You will be deemed to have failed to complete the purchase if i have not received full payment 21 days after weaning. All other horses (unless otherwise arranged at time of sale) must be paid for/collected within 14 days of sale date. They may remain with me for a further 7 days at a cost of £10 per day. After 21 days, sale will be deemed to have failed and horse will be re-offered for sale.
**PLEASE NOTE: ONCE A DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED HORSE WILL BE MARKED AS RESERVED. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum deposit is £500 for foals and 20% of purchase price for other horses.
