Welcome to Whirlwind Horses website. Based on the Shropshire/Powys border ,near Oswestry. Breeding pure and partbred Arabs,Warmblood crosses, purebred Appaloosa's and Spotted sport horses.Aiming to breed quality,athletic horses with light uphill paces and sensible trainable temperaments for showing, endurance, jumping, dressage, western or just fun allrounders.
All mares and foals will receive the very best of care. All Fields are Electric fenced and mares are checked throughout the day,early morning and late night.I have owned horses for over 20 years and have been breeding from my own mares since 1992. I also have BHS Stage 3 in horse care and knowledge, and i am a gold series/advanced endurance rider-(whats that got to do with breeding?-nothing,but you try keeping a horse fit and healthy to do 50 miles in a day in less than 8 hours!)
